Sales Administrator – CCTV Full Time

WEC Group Ltd, established for over 45 years and now one of the North West’s leading & multi award winning engineering, fabrication and machining companies, requires an experienced and gifted Sales Administrator to join our Darwen based CCTV team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable Sales Administrator, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same, they’ll be helping the team with everything from general administration and customer queries to coordinating project paperwork / job sheets and making sure final project invoicing is accurate and completed on time.

• Processing purchase orders and keeping the associated paperwork aligned.
• Liaising with customers suppliers and internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly and resolve any queries.
• Checking invoices against purchase orders delivery notes sales orders and agreed pricing.
• Preparing and completing sales invoices making sure everything is accurate and meets project requirements.
• Reconciling clocking records and timesheets spotting any missing or incorrect information and following it up with GM.
• Providing effective administrative support across the business as required

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Ideally someone within a similar role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Deal with customer enquiries via phone and email
• Able to identify discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
