Press Brake Operator – Nights Full Time Night Shift

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven Press Brake Operator/Setter to join HTA Group in Coventry, part of the award-winning WEC Group—one of the UK’s leading engineering firms with over 45 years of private ownership and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings
• Accurately record all job bookings
• Complete operations within allocated timeframes
• Identify and suggest process improvements
• Visually inspect components to ensure compliance with requirements
• Undertake first-off inspections as needed
• Adhere to company Health & Safety standards
• Perform additional duties relevant to the role as required

Remuneration + Hours 

Basic Rate – £16 per hour + £100 per week shift allowance

Monday to Thursday 10pm – 6am

Skills & Experience Required:

• Self-motivated and focused
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Able to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic maths skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Previous experience setting a press brake machine
• Previous experience operating a press brake machine
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
