Sales Manager Full Time

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting our extensive manufacturing capabilities across multiple sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering or manufacturing sales background who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Potential Reporting Team (8 Total)
• 50/50 New Business / Growing Current Accounts

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales growth
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote HTA Group’s manufacturing services and capabilities
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Attend customer meetings and industry events
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous experience in sales within Fabrication / Engineering.
• Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, laser cutting, or welding processes.
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience in subcontract manufacturing sales
• Existing industry contacts
• Technical or engineering background
