Job Title: Office Administrator

Reports to: Site Manager

Department: 5750 Components

Hours of work: Mon- Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside

Established for over 45 years and now one of the UK’s leading and multi award winning Engineering companies, The WEC Group Ltd is looking to recruit a motivated and well-presented Office Administrator to join our team at 5750 Components, part of the WEC Group based in Merseyside.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all on-site visitors
• Booking and preparing boardrooms for meetings
• Providing refreshments for meetings
• Placing order requisitions
• Invoicing completed contracts
• Documentation scanning
• General administrative support as and when required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Great communication skills both on the telephone and face to face
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to deal with colleagues and visitors professionally at all levels
• High Level of computing experience
