Water Jet Operator (Night Shift) – WEC Waterjet Full Time Night Shift

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Salary: £13ph-£13.50 plus £100 Weekly attendance allowance & profit share bonus
Hours of Work: 20:00pm – 06:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water jet cutting machinery efficiently and safely
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to produce precise components.
• Monitor cutting processes and adjust settings as required to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and report any production issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on machinery.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Requried:

• Experience operating of Flow waterjet experience a distinct advantage
• Strong understanding of water jet technology, materials, and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Stable career background essential.
